Membership Integrity & Educational Guarantee Agreement

Last updated: April 14, 2026

This Membership Integrity & Educational Guarantee Agreement (the Agreement) sets forth the exclusive terms governing your participation in the Prepwise educational program and your eligibility for the conditional educational guarantee.

I. Content Protection and Proprietary Traceability

  1. Digital Watermarking: Every mock test, passage, and question bank is dynamically embedded with invisible steganographic identifiers.
  2. User Identification: Watermarks are uniquely linked to your User ID, Device ID (IDFV), and, when authorized via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, your IDFA.
  3. OCR Poisoning: Educational materials may contain adversarial visual noise designed to return inaccurate results when scanned by unauthorized OCR tools.
  4. Audit Log: Trace metadata is stored in our secure Firebase backend for up to seven (7) years for enforcement and legal purposes.

II. Prohibited Conduct and Material Breach

  1. Unauthorized Distribution: You are strictly prohibited from capturing, scanning, screenshotting, video-recording, or redistributing Prepwise content.
  2. Anti-Fraud Mechanisms: Any attempt to circumvent technical limitations or fraud-prevention mechanisms, including bots, emulators, jailbroken devices, or modified OS images, constitutes a material breach.
  3. Legal Consequences: Unauthorized redistribution violates federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.). Verified violators face immediate account termination without refund and may be subject to statutory damages under the DMCA, up to $150,000 per infringed work.

III. Course Completion Standards

  1. Full Completion: You must achieve 100% completion of the required Prepwise coursework, including all assigned mock tests, practice sets, and learning stages for the exam in question.
  2. Integrity of Progress: Partial completion, skipped content, or irregular usage patterns will result in disqualification.
  3. Study Time Minimum: A cumulative minimum of thirty (30) hours of active in-app study is required.

IV. Eligibility Requirements

  1. Preparation Window: The subscription purchase date must be at least four (4) weeks before the official exam date.
  2. First Attempt Rule: Only the first official exam attempt taken after completing the required coursework is eligible. Retests are excluded.
  3. Active Subscription: The exam must have been taken while your subscription was active.
  4. Good Standing: You must be in good standing under the Terms of Use.

V. Score Thresholds and Definition of "No Pass"

Any score achieved at or above these thresholds is considered a Pass and is not eligible for a refund.

VI. The Educational Guarantee (Refund)

  1. Exclusive Method: All requests must be submitted via email to support@reply-prepwise.com within fourteen (14) calendar days after the official score release date.
  2. No Double Refunds: A purchase is not eligible if it has already been reversed or charged back by Apple or any financial institution.
  3. Discretionary Review: Prepwise determines whether a user has satisfied all requirements based on objective system records.

VII. Required Proof and Documentation

  1. Purchase Proof: A screenshot of the Prepwise purchase confirmation and the official Apple App Store purchase history.
  2. Official Score Report: A full, uncropped, high-resolution screenshot or PDF of the official exam score report.
  3. Video Verification: Prepwise may require a screen recording of the user logging in to the testing provider portal.
  4. Data Handling: Documents submitted are retained only for the duration of the review plus sixty (60) days, then deleted.

VIII. Verification and Anti-Fraud Rights

  1. Automated Detection: If automated tools detect altered materials or manipulated score reports, the request will be denied.
  2. Human Review: Request manual human review within thirty (30) days of denial.
  3. False Submissions: Submission of falsified documentation is grounds for immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

IX. Force Majeure and Exceptions

  1. Exam Cancellation: If an official exam is canceled or rescheduled by the testing authority, the Preparation Window in Section IV.1 is automatically extended.
  2. Documented Medical Emergency: Documented medical emergencies preventing test completion may extend the eligibility window.
  3. Not Covered: Changes in career plans, voluntary non-attendance, or dissatisfaction unrelated to score performance.

X. Limitation and Relationship to Other Policies

  1. Not a Warranty of Outcomes: This guarantee is NOT a warranty of specific exam outcomes. Individual results depend on factors beyond Prepwise's control.
  2. Integration: This Agreement is incorporated into the Terms of Use.

XI. Governing Terms

This Agreement overrides any prior marketing or promotional language. Approved refunds are issued to the original Apple ID payment method, subject to App Store policies. Apple, not Prepwise, processes the actual refund transaction.

XII. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice and an update to the Last Updated date.
